LOCATION:
Less than one mile south of Waldport and about seven miles north of Yachats.

• 3 bedrooms/2 baths. Master bedroom has ocean view, private bath with tub and shower, and king bed. One bedroom has queen futon — other includes bunk bed set, sleep sofa, & TV
• Newly updated kitchen and dining areas. Kitchen fully equipped and includes auto drip coffee maker, microwave oven, & dishwasher.
• Large deck with summer windscreen
• Large living room with picture windows and panoramic ocean views
• Double garage
• Stone fireplace and well-stocked woodshed.

• TVs, VCRs & cable, CD stereo
• Videos, puzzles, and beach toys
• Crib and high chair
WHILE YOU'RE HERE:
• Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
• If you have questions or problems, please contact Sarah & Bryan at 503-288-7776.
• Occasionally there are power outages on the coast. Candles and matches are in the drawer to the right of the stove and flashlights are on wine rack next to microwave.
• This home was recently remodeled, with new flooring and carpets installed. To protect the floors and carpet, please remove your shoes or be sure they are clean.
• Use the digital thermostat to heat main house, and use bedroom thermostats for fine control. • Phone calls are free to Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. Please leave money for any long-distance calls you make.
• Kitchen condiments are for your convenience. Please replace anything you use so next guests have what they need.
• Use fans in the bathroom when bathing.
• This home is on a septic system—please don’t put anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
• Videos & CDs—please rewind videos and return CDs to their cases — Please do not let children handle the CDs or stereo equipment.
• The BBQ and supplies are stored in the garage. If you use the BBQ, please clean it out after the coals have cooled and return it to the garage.
• Garbage day is Thursday.
• No pets are allowed.
• There is no smoking inside the house.
• No RVs or motorcycles permitted (this is a residential neighborhood).
• No RV or trailer parking. Parking is available for 3 medium-sized cars.
WHEN YOU LEAVE:
• Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
• Please turn all locks except the kitchen dead bolt when leaving.
• Don’t make any beds you have slept in—we need to know which ones you used.
• Empty all trash into garbage can in woodshed.
• Take all recycling with you.
• Wash and put away dishes.
• Turn down heat to 50 degrees.
